  1. Rinse Methi at night and eat it in the morning.
  2. A simple remedy is to make powder of Turmeric, Methi(fenugreek), and Sonth powder(Ginger) and consume 1 spoon in the mornings.

Kadha procedure:-

Use 2 glasses of water, Add 

Boil it until 1 glass of kadha remains, or ¼ of kadha remains, filter it and then drink it.

Note: – Rinse in water for at least 6-8 hours so that water absorbs active components and ingredients from them.
