Yoga guru swamy Ramdev baba launched a Coronil kit made by Patanjali in the presence of union health minister and the managing director of Patanjali at Patanjali Yogpeeth in Haridwar.
Swami Ramdev claims that it could cure the covid-19, and it is clinically tested and is ayurvedic. The company says that there is 0% death rate when conducted clinical trials.
Patanjali and Swami Ramdev faced many allegations after they released their coronil kit as the medicine for covid-19. The Ayush ministry said it had not approved the Coronil kit for the treatment of novel coronavirus.
Ayush later stated that Patanjali could not sell their products as the cure for covid-19, but they can still sell their medicines, Coronil kit, as the immunity booster.
